BAND SEARCH – DAMILA 「解散」

DAMILA is vocalist Yami’s next-generation mixture rock band that draws a deep world view with high-tone voice and heavy distortion sound.

DAMILA in a single kanji character would be “蛇” “snake”, “snake road is snake” “蛇の道は蛇”.

When vocalist Yami was looking for members to resume his band activities, he invited gt. Meguha and Gt.Lit after some talk ba. Futaba and drummer Gabu also joined.

• 2020-01-21 DAMILA held a secret pre-live at 巣鴨獅子王.
• 2020-01-26 DAMILA released their MV of their 1st single ” Alicia”. The MV was aired from 01-26 until 02-01 at Shinjuku YUNIKA VISION.
• 2020-03-15 1st single “Alicia” was sold out by reservation and a 2nd press was pressed before the release date.
• 2020-03-18 1st single “Alicia” was released.
• 2020-03-19 ONE-MAN live at Ikebukuro EDGE “JADOH”~The Road To Alica~ . Which is the official start of DAMILA.
• 2020-03-26 In celebration of their first single “Alicia” sold out the first press, a venue limited single “Dying “GOD” was planned to be released in June however the release got postponed to September due covid-19.
• 2020-03-30 1st single Alicia got place 17th on the Oricon Indies chart.
• 2020-09-09 The release of live venue limited single “Dying “GOD”.

The concept is meant to portray the truth and lies of the world.

DAMILA’s comment: We continue to pursue what we think is a cool visual rock band. We have the meaning and mission of being a band in this era, and we will deliver the message that lives within us to your hearts.
