{INTRO}

DOGMAS is a Tokyo-based Vkei METAL CORE band and their kick off start will be on August 7th! That day DOGMAS will also hold their first (ONEMAN) LIVE!

{BIOGRAPHY}

DOGMAS formed in April 2020 and their kick off start was on August 7th.
Rino and Yuura played in the same band together after their band disbanded, SiON invited them to form DOGAMAS together. 

{BANDMANE ORIGIN/MEANING & CONCEPT+STYLE}

DOGMA means doctrine, it’s a word used in religion and philosophy to describe a doctrine, a creed, a belief, but if you’re looking for an answer to a human emotion or action, there’s no clear-cut answer. After all people have their own doctrines, dogma, creed and beliefs.

The theme of the lyrics is…
One song is about “love. 
One song, “Desire,” “Loneliness,” etc.

Even if you think about all those themes, there is never a clear answer, in the end, you have to live with your own unique doctrine, doctrine, beliefs, and convictions. 

If I had to sum up the message of the lyrics in one word, it would be “DOGMA”, so I came up with the band name DOGMAS.

We have a lot of violent songs to play at our lives, let’s go crazy together! Also we try to fuse the stage and the audience together and to have the best fun! Please come to our shows and let’s enjoy it together.

Succubus is the demon of seduction inside your dreams. 

This single is about a person who wants love and meets a succubus while dreaming. Inside the dream this person finds happiness in being loved. This person doesn’t want to wake up from this dream anymore and wishes to happily sleep an eternal dream.    

PV shooting: The shoot took longer than expected and we weren’t sure if we could make it to the last train. (laugh) Also, after such a long film day, we dozed off and saw a succubus in our dreams. (laugh)
