CHERRY GIRLS PROJECT、完売したワンマン公演の場で、10月に全国ツアーを行なうことを発表。ファイナル公演で彼女たちは、TSUTAYA O-EASTの舞台に立つ!!!!!
3月25日(木)に、通算5度目となるワンマン公演「UPGRADE」をオルタナティブシアターで開催したCHERRY GIRLS PROJECT。彼女たちにとって初のホール・コンサート、チケットは当日を待たずにソールドアウト。この日は、ハシグチカナデリヤ(G)・伊藤千明(B)・高橋まこと(ex BOØWY:Dr))・ダイナ四(Dr)と最強のミュージシャンを迎えたバンド編成でのライブ。今のCHERRY GIRLS PROJECTの軸を担う曲たちを中心に構成。中では、ダイナ四と「アンパンマンマーチ&勇気リンリン」を歌う遊び心も見せれば、BOØWYの「Dreamin!!」をオリジナルメンバーの高橋まことを迎えて披露という嬉しい見せ場も登場。アンコールでは、高橋まこと×ダイナ四というツインドラム編成での演奏も披露。さらに、CHERRY GIRLS PROJECTの初期曲「ときMORE」では、高橋まことがCHERRY GIRLS PROJECTと一緒に躍る姿まで見せていたように、数多くの見せ場を盛り込んだライブを届けてくれた。
この日のライブでは、バンジョーやフィドルの音も組み込んだスケール大きな感涙ドラマ曲「LoveLetter」も初披露。ミドルメロウなこの曲のMVも公開。メンバーたちが西部劇の世界へ飛び込み、どんな胸を揺さぶる物語を見せたのかも、ぜひご覧になっていただきたい。
この日のライブで、CHERRY GIRLS PROJECTから嬉しいニュースが告げられた。それが、10月14日から20日にかけ初のワンマンツアー「CHERRY GIRLS PROJECT GOLDRAIN TOUR 2021」を開催すること。14日・仙台／16日・大阪／17日・Ｘ／18日・名古屋／20日・東京と、計5本行なう今回のツアー。場所と日時は告げられたが、具体的な場所はまだシークレット。17日に至っては場所も伏せられているように、どこで行なわれるのかとても気になる。
そんな中、ツアーのファイナル公演のみ場所も発表になった。10月20日にCHERRY GIRLS PROJECTはTSUTAYA O-EASTの舞台に立つ。この日が、CHERRY GIRLS PROJECTにとって通算10回目となるワンマン公演になる。今回、公開になったフライヤーに映し出されたメンバーたちの姿が、今回のツアーとどう繋がっているのか、同ツアーに関する内容は次第に明かされていくだろう。
今回のワンマン公演でしっかり成果を導き出したCHERRY GIRLS PROJECT。まずは、延期になっているアルバムの完成を楽しみに待っていようか。

CHERRY GIRLS PROJECT announced at their sold-out oneman show that they will go on a nationwide tour this October. For the final show, they will stand on stage at TSUTAYA O-EAST!!!!!
On Thursday, March 25, CHERRY GIRLS PROJECT held their fifth oneman show “UPGRADE” at Alternative Theater. This was their first concert in a hall, and the tickets were sold out before they knew it. On this day, the group performed with the strongest musicians: Kanaderiya Hashiguchi (G), Chiaki Ito (B), Makoto Takahashi (ex BOØWY:Dr), and Dainashi (Dr).
The songs they played are from the core of the current CHERRY GIRLS PROJECT. Among them, there was a playful show of singing “Anpanman no March & Yuuki Rinrin” with Dainashi, and a happy showcase of BOØWY’s “Dreamin !!” with Makoto Takahashi. For the encore, the group performed with a twin-drum-set Makoto Takahashi x Dainashi.
In addition, the initial song “Toki MORE” by CHERRY GIRLS PROJECT, Makoto Takahashi delivered a show with various of highlights, it looked like if he was dancing along with CHERRY GIRLS PROJECT.
Today they also performed their new song “Love Letter” for the very first time, it’s a song which makes you cry like a river, the melody included the sounds of banjo’s and fiddle’s. The music video for this heart feeling song is also released. Please take a look at what kind of exciting story the members showed when they jumped into the world of western drama.
Also CHERRY GIRLS PROJECT announced some exciting news!
They will be holding their first ONEMAN tour “CHERRY GIRLS PROJECT GOLDRAIN TOUR 2021” from October 14 to 20th, and will perform five shows in total: Sendai on October 14th, Osaka on October 16th, TBA on October 17th, Nagoya on October 18th, and Tokyo on October 20th. The City locations and dates are announced but the specific location is still secret. Also what will be the location of October 17th?! the plans will be announced on a later date!
For now only the location of the final show of the tour is announced.
On October 20th, CHERRY GIRLS PROJECT will be on stage at TSUTAYA O-EAST. This day will be their 10th oneman show as CHERRY GIRLS PROJECT. We will gradually learn more about the tour and how the members’ appearances on this flyer are connected to this tour.
CHERRY GIRLS PROJECT has achieved a lot via this oneman show, so let’s wait for the completion of their full album, which has been postponed due COVID-19.
